To provide education and an individualized strength-based therapeutic approach to confronting the presenting problems in order to empower healthy people which will nurture healthy families and build healthy communities.

Phoenix Risings Counseling Center’s approach to psychotherapy is Integrative in that it views each person as a unique individual with very distinct psychological constitutions that require an adaptive approach. We does not work from a one size fits all approach, but instead, designs a treatment plan based on the individual needs and desired outcome of each client.

Clinical experience includes but is not limited to; anger management, depression, adolescent adjustment, sexual issues, trauma, mood disorders, stress reduction, addictions and substance abuse (including co-occurring disorders) anxiety, relationship problems, domestic violence, stress, parenting issues, family conflict, coping skills, oppositional defiance, school issues, gambling, and peer relationships.

Lynne Holley, Clinical Director, holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). She is also a Certified Anger Management Specialist –II (CAMS-II), Certified Domestic Violence Specialist - I (CDVS-I), and a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Specialist (CSOTS).
